What happens when Bollywood superstars meet on a flight? They write about their experience on Twitter.
When Akshay Kumar, our Bollywood Khiladi, was going to London for a vacation with his wife and son, he met Shah Rukh, who was travelling to join Anubhav Sinha and the unit of his film Ra. One, on the same flight.Akshay wrote about this experience on twitter and said: "And the next day I flew back to London to join my wife and son for our summer holiday and I met Shah Rukh Khan on my flight. It was nice to know he feels as grateful as I am for being a part of our industry and how lucky we are…,".
Shah Rukh also tweeted about his encounter with Akshay.
He wrote: "had akshay kumar for company. Was wonderful to be with him after so long. Laughed for hours..We always do whenever v meet. Happiness to him.
According to media buzz, the two actors are considered to be rivals, but in light of their warm tweets, we can say that they certainly enjoyed meeting each other.
Earlier, Akshay had met Aamir Khan on a flight, and had a great time chatting with him about the World Cup.
Akshay described his superstar experience on twitter as "funniest".
If Akshay s tweets are anything to go by, it seems that he enjoyed the in-flight conversations with Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir.
Managed to chat more with my work mates on a flight than I do in the entire year, he said.
Akshay, who is currently shooting for Patiala House in London, also made sure that he promoted his forthcoming film, Khatta Meetha.
