Karina Pinilla Corro, is a Panamanian model, beauty pageant contestant and Miss Supranational 2010.
Pinilla who is 5 ft 9 in (1.75 m) tall, competed in the international beauty pageant Miss Supranational 2010, on August 28, 2010 in Plock, Poland. At the conclusion of the final night of competition, outgoing titleholder Oksana Morya of Ukraine crowned Karina Pinilla as the new Miss Supranational 2010.

When Karina Pinilla Corro, Miss Supranational 2010, came to Poland at the beginning of this year she didn’t only take part in Presidental Gala in Wroclaw, but also had a photo shoot of new collection of Ewa Szabatin designer and dancer. Ewa designed the evening dress for Miss Poland 2009 Anna Jamroz to Miss World 2009 pageant. The new collection of Ewa is presented by Miss Supranational 2010.
