Child at heart! Kourtney Kardashian and her little man Mason Disick slide into action at the park

Fun day out: Kourtney Kardashian takes her 18-month-old son Mason on the slide with her at a playground in Central Park, New York City earlier today



She may be part of the most successful reality show families in the U.S, but Kourtney Kardashian still has a taste for the simple things in life.



The 32-year-old was clearly having as much fun as her little 18-month-old son Mason Disick as she took him for a day's outing at the playground earlier today.



Kourtney was all smiles as she and her adorable little boy had a go on the slide at the New York park.

Looking casual in a checked shirt, black vest top, skinny grey jeans and black pumps, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star looked like she was having a great time on her day out.



At one point, she helped a delighted Mason play with a spade and some sand in the playground.



Later she was spotted carrying the little boy through the city where they both wore a pair of sunglasses, with Mason sporting a cute orange and black frame.

And she certainly seems to be enjoying herself in the city.



'Special outing around New York City with Mason!' she tweeted earlier today. 'I love this city! Endless things to do.'



The star is currently shooting the second series of her reality show

Kourtney and Kim take New York, which features the sisters managing the Manhattan branch of their clothing store DASH.

Meanwhile, Kourtney's sister Kim cut a more glamorous figure on the other side of town as she left her hotel yesterday.



Wearing a clinging gold dress with a matching clutch and towering platform heels, she headed into her waiting car.



There was no sign though, of Kim's new husband, basketball player Kris Humphries.

She headed out to lunch with her friends, reality show stars Jonathan Cheban and Simon Huck who appeared in PR show The Spin Crowd, which Kim produced.



Yesterday, she and sister Kourtney paid a visit to an Ayurvedic spa for treatment, which Kourtney detailed on her blog.



'It is crazy how much money and time we spend on our homes, our cars, etc. and not enough on taking care of our bodies,' she wrote.



Lunch dates: Kim met PR friends Jonathan Cheban and Simon Huck in a restaurant in the Chelsea area of Manhattan



Social call: Kim took a break from business to enjoy a bite to eat with fellow reality show stars





'I feel so rejuvenated and calmer now. I brought Kim along for her first Ayurvedic treatment.'



Meanwhile, sister Khloe Kardashian arrived in New York today to join her sisters.



She stepped out of her car wearing a bright pink trilby hat, cream jacket and sunglasses, clutching a blue Lanvin hat box.
